We deliver your order to your personal postal address or a pick up point.

Our national carrier for Portugal and Spain is BATCH.
Our international shipping partners are DHL Express and FedEx.

Deliveries typically take 1–4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent. However, delivery times may be affected by payment authorization delays, product availability, or customs processing. During sales periods, a high volume of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

Please note that Made-to-Order items require additional production and handling time before shipment. These orders will be dispatched as soon as the items are ready.
