We ship worldwide.
Will I be charged taxes & duties?
EU, UK, Switzerland, USA & Australia – all duties, customs and taxes are included.
Other countries – you may be subject to local import taxes/duties.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Portuguese customers can also pay via MB WAY and Multibanco.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@2bthebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with Photos of the item, Photos of the packaging, Your order number.We will assist you immediately.

Shipping delays due to customs or carriers may occur and are outside our control.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and sent back in their original packaging.
